Marketing Audience Analyst

at Kindred Group, you will be responsible for leveraging customer data and segmentation logic to create high-performance audiences for marketing campaigns across multiple markets. This role will enhance communication strategies and improve rewards program effectiveness while aligning audience segmentation with overall marketing objectives. What you’ll do:

Interpret and fulfil audience requests from internal stakeholders. Build and manage off-the-shelf and custom audience segments for marketing campaigns. Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to maintain usable customer datasets. Develop expertise in segmentation tools and resolve any technical issues. Analyse and report on audience performance to drive strategic improvements. Align audience strategies with overall marketing objectives and campaigns. Ensure compliance with GDPR and data privacy regulations. Experiment with and adopt new technologies to advance audience segmentation Qualification / Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2-4 years of experience in data-driven roles. Proficiency in SQL and complex data manipulations. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Preferred : Experience with audience segmentation tools like Optimove. Familiarity with programmatic advertising and marketing automation platforms. Understanding of GDPR compliance in marketing contexts.
