It’s ideal for someone experienced in Pardot and Salesforce, looking to bring their expertise to shape marketing strategies in a leading organization or ready to step up and take ownership of sophisticated email marketing campaigns. A bit about the job: This role is central to transforming our Broker GI marketing strategy, helping us transition to personalised, data-driven communications. You’ll take ownership of Pardot integration and its continuous evolution, driving impactful campaigns aligned with our business goals. You’ll collaborate with content managers to create best-in-class email campaigns, maintain robust reporting, and champion GDPR best practices. You’ll also play a key role in shaping marketing automation capabilities, maintaining data hygiene, and sharing best practices to enhance digital marketing maturity across the team. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Proven expertise in Pardot and Salesforce, including campaign creation and reporting. Strong understanding of data protection and GDPR best practices. Experience collaborating on targeted email campaigns and testing strategies to optimize performance. Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data insights into actionable improvements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
