About the role The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for designing and managing automated marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth. Using marketing platforms such as HubSpot to create workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing strategies that optimise the customer journey. Key duties include segmenting audiences, tracking campaign performance, and analysing data to refine tactics for better results. Collaboration with sales and content teams ensures seamless lead handoffs and messaging alignment. Design, implement, and manage automated marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social, web). Create and optimise lead nurturing workflows to enhance the customer journey and increase conversions. Segment audiences effectively to deliver personalized, targeted campaigns. Set up and manage lead scoring models to qualify and prioritize leads for the sales team. Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics) and adjust strategies as needed. Collaborate with sales and content teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment on messaging. Develop and maintain automated email marketing campaigns, including drip campaigns and lifecycle emails. Manage and optimize CRM integration with marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot). Perform A/B testing on campaigns to identify best-performing content and strategies. What will you bring?

Experience with CRM and email automation platforms. Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email customizations (optional but beneficial). Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing techniques is a plus. Certifications in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot certifications) are a plus. Hands-on experience in creating and managing automated email campaigns and lead nurturing workflows. Proven experience with CRM integration (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and aligning marketing efforts with sales processes. Experience in audience segmentation and developing targeted messaging for different customer groups. Track record of analysing campaign performance and using data to optimize email and digital marketing efforts. Familiarity with lead scoring models and applying them to prioritize and nurture leads effectively. Exposure to working on multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, web) to drive engagement and conversions. What can we offer you?
