Create an impact as a Marketing Automation Specialist Your Role Join us for this exciting opportunity. You’ll collaborate with the broader Personalised Marketing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences across the full customer lifecycle for primarily the NRMA Insurance brand. Using your technical skills within marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Campaign, you’ll build segmented first party audiences and deploy them across channels including email, SMS, mail, push and paid digital. Your broader understanding of personalisation capabilities and marketing automation best practice will enable you to translate business requirements into technical solution designs that deliver orchestrated customer journeys with multiple touchpoints. Through adoption of agile ways of working you’ll embrace continuous delivery and optimise in-market activity to uplift campaign effectiveness and improve business outcomes. This is a permanent opportunity, to be based in Sydney. About You The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Minimum 3-5 years experience working hands on in technical roles within marketing automation platforms; Adobe Campaign / AJO and broader Adobe suite preferred. Demonstrated experience building campaign workflows across a variety of 1:1 channels including email, SMS, mail, push, and digital retargeting. Broad understanding of personalisation capabilities and marketing automation best practice. Strong SQL and relational database knowledge. Understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript – XML also beneficial. Demonstrable experience understanding and working with complex customer data. Knowledge of digital tracking tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and marketing tags (DoubleClick, Facebook, GoogleAds, etc). Experience translating business requirements into technical outputs, using your expertise to add value and elevate outcomes. Applications close on Sunday, 24 November 2024 at 23:59pm.
