The Role


The goal of this role is to effectively communicate their brand propositions, engage consumers, and drive traffic to their platforms in a cost-efficient way. It also plays a key role in supporting the franchise network, ensuring they consistently amplify and enhance the brand messages.

This is a hands-on position requiring agility and a proactive approach. We’re looking for someone with solid consumer marketing experience across CRM, social media, and search. Ideally, you will have experience with an e-commerce brand. Working in a fast-paced environment, your ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously will be essential to your success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign management across all direct-to-brand channels, from ideation and implementation to measurement and analysis.
  • Lead and manage email, CRM activities, social media, search, and online reputation efforts.
  • Expand and engage our customer, follower, and subscriber databases.
  • Develop customer-facing content across platforms—including landing pages, blogs, emails, and posts—working closely with the in-house design team.
  • Create support materials and training resources for franchisees.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and suppliers.


What you’ll need

  • Demonstrated success in creating and managing comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Extensive knowledge of CRM and search marketing best practices
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and optimize KPIs to fuel program growth
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to maintain strong partnerships with a diverse network of franchise partners and internal teams
  • Skilled at conveying complex ideas and strategies clearly and effectively
  • Proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated, with the capability to independently lead projects and initiatives


Skills and Experience


Essential:

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • Extensive experience with email and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign) and content management systems
  • Skilled in developing and executing social media strategies, utilizing scheduling tools and analytics programs
  • Proficient in search marketing, including managing search and social ads/listings
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in Google Analytics (preferably GA4)
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
  • Experience in team management and/or managing agency relationships


Desirable:


  • Proficient in Adobe Suite
  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Background in the travel industry
