Are you a dynamic and results-driven marketer with a passion for lead generation and multi-channel campaigns? Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you'll take ownership of innovative campaigns while collaborating with teams across content, sales, and product development. About the Role:

In this diverse and rewarding position, you’ll spearhead marketing campaigns to attract high-quality leads, boost customer acquisition, and optimise marketing channels. You’ll also handle analytics, content creation, and more to drive demand while supporting the Head of Marketing with various strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and demand. Collaborate with content creators to produce compelling content for email, social media, and webinars. Design and implement inbound and outbound lead-nurturing strategies to convert prospects. Use marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance campaign performance. Monitor and analyse campaign metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation to maximise ROI. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity. Assist with marketing projects, from presentation design to managing events. About You: 3+ years of experience in marketing campaigns and demand generation. Proven success in developing and executing impactful marketing initiatives. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, channels, and automation platforms. Excellent communication, collaboration, and copywriting skills. Results-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance data effectively. Preferred Skills: Experience in creating B2B and B2C lead generation campaigns.
