Marketing Campaign Manager

to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads for our B2B client base. The role will involve creating and implementing integrated marketing strategies, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, and digital advertising. The successful candidate will be data-driven, with a strong focus on measuring and optimising campaign performance to drive lead generation and revenue growth. In addition, the role will extend into direct to consumer marketing campaigns in the future. About you Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field would be a bonus. Knowledge & Experience 3+ years or more experience in a marketing or campaign management role. Good knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads to support and manage external agency. Good knowledge of social media management tools including social adverts. Proven track record of managing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Experience of working in Financial Services desirable. Personal Qualities and Skills Intermediate skills in MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking. Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint for creating high-quality presentations and marketing decks. Experience using Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads and creating email campaigns. Knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads. Project management and excellent organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines. Persuasive copywriting skills to craft effective messaging across channels. Experience in leveraging data-driven insights to improve campaign performance. Knowledge of A/B testing and campaign optimisation techniques. Familiarity with lead generation and nurturing strategies. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines calmly and efficiently. A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow within the role. Reliable and a team player. People management skills: persuasion, negotiation and appropriate authoritative influence.
