The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, development and execution of high-impact B2B marketing campaigns to increase net new customers for the AccountsIQ solution across the UKI region. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in campaign delivery, strong project management skills, as well as the ability to work across teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. This position can be based in either the UK or Ireland. Responsibilities

Co-ordinate and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to support demand generation objectives and boost engagement levels between our target audiences and the AccountsIQ brand. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute impactful, results-driven integrated campaigns. Build and execute an effective audience engagement model, incorporating digital and offline channels to identify new leads and prospects. Support your colleagues within your direct team and in other business functions as you work together to develop creative assets and execute impactful campaigns. Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns against ROI and relevant KPIs, as well as preparing detailed reports for key stakeholders and sharing best practice and opportunities to learn. Assist in managing key sponsorship activities and campaigns that align with our marketing objectives, target audience and brand image. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have: Significant marketing experience with a proven track record of delivering first class integrated campaigns to a B2B audience. A robust understanding of the complete marketing and channel mix, with deep knowledge and experience of delivering digital and social activations. First class project management skills including the ability to plan, prioritise and execute, as well as recognising key milestones, managing suppliers, budgets and developing key metrics. Creative thinking skills, meaning you can develop and execute innovative campaign ideas and collaborate with other team members to expand on and strengthen activities throughout the campaign process. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot are highly desirable. A ‘can do’ and ambitious attitude with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks at once whilst working to tight timeframes with agility and at pace. The ability to work independently but also be a great team player, collaborating closely with your marketing team colleagues and with members of other business functions, including the sales and sales enablement functions. Experience of and skill in managing budgets, allocating funds and resources effectively throughout each campaign. 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally within a tech, SaaS or finance environment.
