We are recruiting for an experienced and dynamic marketeer on a 6-month Maternity cover contract. You will take a central role in helping to develop, lead and co-ordinate our digital and POS campaigns from March 2025.

What you'll be responsible for:
Writing a range of guest communications
Liaising with print & creative agencies to deliver campaigns on time
Maintaining and managing central social media
Managing the communications calendar
Supporting the Marketing team on key marketing initiatives
Creating great ideas and developing campaigns that deliver growth
Writing detailed briefs for our agencies
Managing video and photoshoots
Maintaining the in-house imagery library
Analysing data, writing up marketing reports and providing insight
Designing effective point of sale materials
Knowledge, skills and attributes you'll need:
Marketing skills covering copywriting, digital marketing, social media
Expertise in marketing planning and control
Experience in managing photo/video productions
Creative flair and a passion for hospitality
Proven experience in running integrated marketing campaigns
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
A strong business acumen and attention to detail
The ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data
Ideally, a degree in marketing or similar formal qualifications
To be able to reliably manage the commute to our brewery in Blandford
