As Marketing Coordinator, you will provide support to the Marketing Manager and the Group Marketing Function, developing individual branding concepts through to onsite installation of new developments, producing marketing proposals, production of brochure content and monitoring the company website and external portals to ensure our online presence is aligned to the Croudace brand. You will also be assisting to grow our social media presence.


About you


  • Educated to degree level in related discipline and have experience in a marketing related role within the new homes industry.
  • Excellent communication and copy writing skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, alone and with people of varying levels of seniority.
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Thorough understanding of social media and Analytics.
  • Good IT skills: Microsoft Word; Excel; Power Point, etc. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage.
  • Some knowledge of the construction, house building or property sectors would be an advantage.
  • Full, Clean Driving Licence.
