They are looking for a talented Marketing and Communications Executive to join their Brand Marketing and Communications team based in London. This is a newly created role, perfect for an experienced communications professional with a background in B2B financial services who is eager to expand their expertise across broader marketing functions. My client’s team is a dynamic and collaborative group, bringing together global expertise in communications, marketing, branding, events, strategy, web development, and design. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving business growth and enhancing brand engagement through innovative communications, social media, and marketing initiatives. They will work closely with various business units to deliver results, solve challenges, manage expectations, and oversee projects from concept to completion. Please note: in office 5 days a week (Shepherds Bush) Key Responsibilities Strategy Implementation: Understand the organisation, its products, and the marketing/communications needs of different business units to support the delivery of effective strategies. Content Creation: Collaborate with global teams and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing assets, including client communications, collateral, thought leadership, and social media content. Content Review: Write, review, and refine content, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and maintains the company’s high standards of quality and consistency. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal teams and act as a central point of contact for the communications and marketing function. Campaign Execution: Design and implement marketing, communications, and social media campaigns that align with strategic goals. Project Coordination: Support the team in managing projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Ideal Candidate Profile 4–6+ years of experience in communications or PR, ideally within the B2B financial services or cryptocurrency space. A degree or equivalent qualification relevant to the role. Strong project management or account management experience. A proactive collaborator who excels at building relationships and connecting teams across an organisation. Skilled at balancing multiple priorities and delegating tasks effectively. Expertise in B2B social media, including tools for content management, automation, and reporting. Some knowledge of CRM systems, email marketing, web analytics, and customer journey mapping. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
