A varied and hands-on role, the Marketing Communications Executive will have responsibility for delivering a wide range of communication projects that fully articulate the business’ key priorities and that connect with audiences - both internal and external. The successful candidate will need to be a proactive team player. Working with colleagues from across the business, the role will require the ability to seek out news and produce high-quality, targeted content, along with the skills to recognise and react to communication challenges, and to support the development of solutions that help shape our communication strategy. Role Responsibility

Ensure the publication of regular company-wide updates to promote key business messaging Produce engaging content, including press releases, social posts, video, and other support materials Gather news from across the Group Copywriting and proofreading Support the delivery of company events, both internal and external Maintain the company event calendar Plan, implement and develop projects and plans Monitor and report on project activity Provide advice and guidance on communication solutions to business teams Create engaging social media content and maintain the social media calendar Liaise with agency partners and other external creative resources Guard and maintain the corporate brand, messaging, and tone of voice across all communications Support the day-to-day activity of both the Marketing Apprentice and Assistant The Ideal Candidate

Qualifications Skills Keen eye for detail and creative flair. Ability to process technical information and present it in an engaging way to various audiences. Proactive with the ability to work on own initiative. Ability to present ideas to colleagues, including senior managers. Highly organised with the ability to adapt to changing business priorities. Expert in PowerPoint. IT literate and proficient in the use of MS Office Packages.
