Marketing & Communications Executive . This is an exciting opportunity for either a graduate looking to take ownership of a marketing function or an experienced professional ready for their next challenge.
Our client operates in a niche B2B market and is seeking a creative and proactive marketer to help grow their brand, presence, and sales. Working alongside the current Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing the company’s marketing strategy, with the aim of eventually taking full ownership of the function.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to shape, innovate, and take full ownership of a marketing plan, bringing fresh ideas and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
Work with the company’s directors to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan.
Monitor performance, analyse key metrics, and refine strategies to maximise impact and ROI.
Content Creation:
Produce a wide range of marketing materials, including ads, campaign assets, case studies, blog articles, and newsletters.
Ensure consistency in tone of voice, branding, and messaging across all platforms.
Sales & Marketing Alignment:
Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive results and improve the client journey.
Provide materials, campaigns, and tools to support business development efforts.
Direct Marketing:
Manage social media platforms, website updates, and email marketing campaigns.
Deliver effective post campaigns and e-shots to engage prospects and generate leads.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is:

creative thinker
with excellent organisational and communication skills.
Degree educated OR has relevant marketing experience.
Proficient in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Experienced with social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
Analytical and able to measure and optimise performance.
