Marketing Communications Manager
to raise the profile for
PASS Data Community Summit . Reporting to the Marketing Events Manager, you’ll be responsible for generating demand for registrations, sponsorship, and session submissions among the data community by delivering an integrated multi-channel campaign. Your Work at Redgate Software: You’ll work closely with Summit’s marketing coordinator and the wider Redgate marketing team to design, develop, and support execution of tactical plans including email, social media, content, paid digital campaigns, and web presence, designed to drive awareness of PASS Data Community Summit, attendee registrations, and online engagement. You’ll review & optimize the marketing strategy and plans against campaign performance and team OKRs, and continue to develop tailored messaging, content, and campaigns designed to resonate with our target audiences. The data community is at the heart of Summit & Redgate, and you’ll build relationships and share insights with key stakeholders across the team to increase understanding of our audience, their challenges and needs, and inform our content and marketing strategy. What You Bring to the Table: Proven experience developing and project managing strategic marketing campaigns, demand generation, content marketing or digital marketing activities. Experience creating campaign plans and messaging, utilizing a range of marketing channels to best effect for impactful results. A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze results and act on findings. High attention to detail, and excellent content and copywriting skills. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with events and marketing teams. Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others. A proactive, enthusiastic person, with a common-sense approach. Reliable, trustworthy, and a team player. Genuine interest in technical events and conferences. Experience using Salesforce, Marketo or other CRM/Marketing Automation platforms, Microsoft 365. Able to travel onsite during event week each year and attend other meetings/trips as needed. Experience using Rainfocus or other event management platform would be an advantage, but training will be provided. People management experience is desirable. What's on Offer: A great benefits package . Salary is £40,000 - £47,000 depending on experience. Flexible working time.
