Marketing & Communications Manager

to join our Marketing department here at

Tokio Marine Kiln . You will report to the Head of Marketing & Communications and will be responsible for developing and delivering effective and impactful marketing communication plans and campaigns that enhance TMK’s brand and promote our products and services.

The role includes responsibility for: Developing strategic and targeted marketing communications plans to enhance our brand and win business, harnessing insights to inform decision making. Designing, developing, measuring, and implementing creative marketing communications campaigns to promote TMK’s products, services, and brand through a full range of promotional activities, including PR, advertising, events, online presence, social media, and e-marketing. Providing strategic guidance to TMK’s Underwriting and Claims departments and business stakeholders on effective marketing approaches. Producing and overseeing the production of high-quality, impactful promotional content, including news articles, blogs, marketing newsletters, product sheets, case studies, video, animations, website, and social media copy. Project managing integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with key business objectives and delivery of outcomes. Collaborating with team members to ensure opportunities for cross internal/external promotion are leveraged. Working with the team and third parties to ensure effective delivery of campaigns. Measuring and reporting marketing effectiveness. Acting as an ambassador for the company values and working in accordance with the organisational behaviours. Embedding the value of diversity, inclusion, and equality into your day-to-day work, including working inclusively with colleagues, attending/completing I&D Training, and joining one of our I&D Networks. The successful candidate will hold a degree or professional qualification in a marketing or communications-related discipline and will also have demonstrable experience of managing team members. A working knowledge of marketing tools and proven experience of creating marketing measurement dashboards is also essential. Experience working within the Insurance/London market is preferred. We are looking for someone who is proactive and creative, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
