Marketing Communications Manager Exclusive opportunity for a leading UK charity on a permanent basis. Working as part of a team, the successful candidate will be responsible for a range of marketing, communications, PR, and fundraising coordination activities. Ideally looking for candidates with experience working in large charities. 1 day a week in London office, 4 from home Key Responsibilities: Shape and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive mass fundraising and align with brand objectives. Partner with fundraising teams to create campaigns that attract and engage new and existing supporters. Integrate fundraising activities into broader brand moments for maximum impact. Use data insights to optimize campaign performance and ensure marketing activities deliver measurable results. Lead the development of creative, multi-channel marketing plans, leveraging PR, media, and digital content. Support strategic marketing planning to align resources and maximize opportunities. Skills & Experience: Proven experience in fast-paced communications or marketing roles with flexible, agile approaches. Strong understanding of fundraising or mass audience engagement strategies. Excellent communicator, skilled in simplifying complex ideas for diverse audiences and building trust with stakeholders, including media contacts. Effective at engaging and connecting with diverse communities. Collaborative leader, adept at coaching, motivating, and working across teams. Highly organised, capable of managing multiple projects with strategic planning and prioritisation. Knowledgeable in marketing tools (e.g., OASIS), PR, social media, and integrated campaign strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving results.
