We are looking for an eager storyteller with a passion for automotive and motorsport. Motocom Ltd, a full services marketing and communications agency, specialising in the automotive and motorsport industry, is looking for a skilled, diligent and detail-driven Marketing Content Creator to support the business across several client accounts. The position is a full-time role, based at our rural Buckinghamshire offices with the option to work two days a week from home. Motocom is a driven and dynamic team and expect similar values and approaches from all our people. Founded in 2000, we have since grown into a company of highly-skilled individuals with wide-ranging and diverse experience across the two and four-wheel automotive segments, and we’re looking for a like-minded individual to join the team. This exciting opportunity has arisen due to recent business expansion, driven through a combination of organic client growth and new business acquisitions. The successful candidate should demonstrate a strong desire to be part of a dynamic, agile business, with an active interest in the motorcycle, automotive and powersports industry. They should demonstrate a strong desire to achieve, with excellent attention to detail, while having the capability of managing multiple work streams concurrently from different client accounts, and should be highly motivated and capable of performing in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Role

Working within the PR team, this role will produce engaging, quality marketing content that speaks to our clients’ audiences across a range of channels. As a Marketing Content Creator, you will work with global clients on a range of PR and social media initiatives that align with their wider marketing strategy, with a high focus on campaign ideation and concept development, social media strategy, video script writing, and copywriting for press releases and case studies. You must be willing and keen to travel internationally, and be able to do so confidently. Role responsibilities include: Assisting with proactive opportunities to create coverage for clients Building and maintaining effective client and media relationships, including for example regular conference call participation and on-site face to face meetings Idea creation for marketing and PR initiatives / valuable contribution to ideation sessions, and help guide on best use of various platforms and roll-out strategies Work confidently alongside the team’s photographers and videographers Social media creation, scheduling and community management Supporting the delivery of video and digital initiatives, including idea conception, writing briefs for photographers/videographers, coordination of team and travel requirements, asset delivery and reporting, in line with client requirements and objectives. Press release scheduling and reporting, including copywriting Event support - both in the office and off-site on event Reporting Account administration Essential Qualifications

Minimum of three years experience in a communications or content creation capacity Able to demonstrate strong written and oral skills, with a knack for storytelling Be presentable at all times Ability to think outside the box for the delivery of unique and dynamic social and digital campaigns Sound knowledge of all social media platforms and able to build effective brand strategies utilising appropriate functionality and content trends Deadline-oriented, structured approach to work and fine attention to detail Strong Desirables

Experience in motorsport / automotive industry desirable but not essential Passion to work within the automotive industry Continual desire to improve and find more efficient methods of working Proactive self-starter with hands-on approach Ability to collaborate with others beyond one’s reporting line Confident and personable nature with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders More information on Motocom can be found at motocom.co.uk Salary will reflect experience and an attractive benefits package is available.
