As we push towards creating a stronger online presence, we need a Marketing Coordinator to take charge and lead us into this exciting new phase of growth. Why Newlands? Diverse Challenges: From online and print design to social media strategy, you’ll take on a wide range of projects that keep every day fresh and exciting. Innovative Environment: You’ll collaborate with the Sales Director and team to create and execute marketing strategies that drive growth across multiple business facets. Room for Impact: This isn’t just a day-to-day role — you’ll be key in crafting the marketing voice for our expanding brand and growing online channels. Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design – Create eye-catching promotional material for both online and print. Social Media Management – Plan and deliver engaging, creative content that builds our community. Email Marketing – Write and design compelling emails to reach new and existing customers. Website Design & Maintenance – Manage and enhance our online presence across WordPress, Wix, and Shopify. Analytics – Track and analyse website and social media performance, adjusting strategies for maximum impact. Content Creation – Plan and produce photography and video content that showcases our brand. Event Marketing – Contribute to signage, promotions, and other deliverables for both in-store and external events. Google AdWords – Manage paid search campaigns to expand our reach. In-store Signage – Update and maintain engaging displays and promotions. What We're Looking For: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) on an Apple MacBook. Experience in commercial social media management. Email marketing skills, with Mailchimp preferred. Web design and maintenance expertise. Strong multitasking and communication abilities. Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. Bonus: Skills in photography and video content creation. Why you’ll love working here:
