AMS is the world's leading provider of Talent Acquisition and Management Services. Our contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) service acts as an extension of our clients' recruitment team and provides professional interim and temporary resources. We partner with Arup to support contingent recruitment processes. On behalf of Arup, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator for a 3-month contract based in London (2 days in the office). About the Opportunity:

As a member of the UKIMEA Marketing, Communications and Business Development (MCBD) Operations team, this role is responsible for delivering the marketing activities defined by the UKIMEA MCBD Director and the Business Partners. In this role you will: Collaborate with the Business Partner for Focus Markets to design marketing strategies and campaign plans. Execute tactical marketing activities aligned with strategic plans to maximise return on investment (ROI). Evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and activities. Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure activities are well-planned, aligned with regional strategic priorities, and effectively communicated. Ensure brand coherence across all marketing activities. Participate in professional development through the UKIMEA MCBD network. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Strong collaboration, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders across time zones. Hands-on approach to content creation, process management, and tactical delivery with high attention to detail. Flexible, adaptable, and tenacious, capable of handling ad hoc tasks and working across various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Strong multitasking, prioritisation, and time management skills, staying calm under pressure. Experience in B2B marketing and working in a professional services environment. Self-starter with creative curiosity, willing to learn new approaches and adapt to change. Diversity at Arup:
