WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Coordinate the logistics of conferences. Prepare for three events, logistics and acting as the point of contact. Consistent communication with internal and external medical professionals. Create and attend internal briefing meetings. Schedule and communicate external client meetings. Attend meetings to take notes with the Marketing manager. Proofread/sense check work. Research information for projects. Edit PDF documents with amendments to work. Speak to suppliers to obtain prices and timeframes. Proficient use of Microsoft Office programme.
WHO YOU ARE:
Strong experience dealing with corporate clients and event logistics. Minimum 2/3+ years experience in an events/marketing role. Corporate experience, ideally pharmaceutical or legal. Outstanding written & verbal communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, positive and adaptable nature. Ability to work independently and manage your own time. French speaking is a bonus. Right to work in the UK.
