We have an exciting position for a senior marketing professional who wants to take the next step in their career and drive the Company’s overall marketing strategy. Reporting to the Group IT Manager and managing a team of marketing professionals, including graphic designers, content & SEO developers, this role will encompass all aspects of the Company’s marketing strategy from online marketing, design of exhibitions, merchandise and managing 3 rd

party suppliers.

Job Description

Marketing Strategy:

Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new area launches, driving awareness and customer acquisition through effective lead generation and conversion campaigns.

Website:

Oversee and manage group websites to ensure optimal performance, customer engagement, and conversion, continuously suggesting and implementing change.

Brand Marketing:

Lead the overall brand marketing strategy, enhancing brand presence in both local and national markets, and maintaining strong brand positioning.

Digital Marketing & PPC:

Manage the external digital agency to ensure the Google, Facebook, and other PPC platforms achieve strong ROI and customer engagement.

SEO & Digital PR:

Maintain and improve SEO rankings, ensuring the website and digital presence remain competitive. Lead digital PR and influencer marketing initiatives to further increase brand awareness.

Event Marketing:

Plan, organise, and manage various events and trade shows, both nationally and internationally throughout the year.

Reporting & Optimisation:

Monitor and report on campaign performance, driving continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness and customer experience.

Budget Management:

Manage and optimise the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending while maximising ROI across all campaigns. Provide regular budget performance updates to senior management.

Go-to-Market Strategy Development:

Proven experience in creating and executing go-to-market strategies for new product launches or services.

Lead Generation & Conversion:

Expertise in developing and managing multi-channel lead generation campaigns, with a focus on driving conversions.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Confident in delivering social reporting, analysing campaign performance, generating insights, and using analytics tools to drive improvements.

You must have:

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Flexible attitude

Able to communicate on all levels effectively

Previous supervisory and mentorship experience

Good planning and project management skills

Ability to plan and coordinate multiple projects for all Group companies

Experience working in a large organisation would be advantageous

A degree or similar qualification in marketing would be advantageous
