Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will develop & manage local marketing plans – from planning & delivery to post activity review, working closely with Area Managers & General Managers. Responsible for managing monthly reviews of marketing plans – understanding what is working & creating action plans. Identifying new opportunities through business networking, knowledge of the local areas and working closely with the restaurant teams. Work with the wider marketing team to develop & deliver an annual marketing calendar with planned creative content, promotions and news, across all platforms. Support the Social Media Manager with ideas to optimise social presence & creating local content with restaurant teams. Blog & local event blog creation including copywriting & build using Wordpress. Day to day management of the website (Wordpress) ensuring the site is regularly updated with local activity. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency across all marketing communications. Strong time management and coordination skills. Monthly reporting of all activity. Hardworking with an ability to multi-task. Driving license & own car. Beneficial Requirements:

Understanding & experience of CRM systems & segmentation. Website management (WordPress or equivalent CMS sites) PPC (AdWords & Pmax). Social Media – organic, paid & community management (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.). SEO – organic & paid. Desired Attributes:

You will be full of personality, spark and charm. Can think creatively and can voice your ideas. Have a valid marketing qualification & at least 18 months working experience in a marketing role. Ideally have knowledge of marketing in restaurant and hospitality. Be able to respond well to pressure. Be proactive with ability to use your initiative. Confident, organised & methodical. You will be an excellent team player, able to communicate at all levels and commit to sharing your knowledge & skills across teams. Be focused on delivering an outstanding guest experience through great local marketing. Be flexible to work at the weekend & evenings if needed – this isn’t a Mon-Fri 9am -5pm job.
