We are seeking a highly-motivated individual with strong social media interest, marketing experience and a passion for film to join our team in the UK. Applicants need to be based in London. You will be an integral part of a dedicated team working to build awareness and fuel subscriber growth in the UK and Ireland through partnerships, paid and organic social media, content-driven campaigns, and brand marketing.

You will focus on:

Manage UK/Ireland specific social media channels and support global digital team with social management and community interaction; learn and adapt the identity and social voice of MUBI in the UK

Support the UK marketing team with planning, execution, and management of a range of partnerships including film institutions, festivals, arts organisations, and supported devices/platforms

Work closely on campaigns promoting MUBI’s Student Membership programme in the UK and Ireland, including organising events and outreach to potential targets

Assist in the production of assets for organic/paid media campaigns and coordinate asset delivery

Support local programming through local initiatives aimed to promote and elevate MUBI’s curation and content, including outreach marketing

Analyse and evaluate activities to determine impact, applying actionable insights to continuously improve reach, engagement, and overall effectiveness

Assist with executing promotions aimed to maximise subscriber acquisition and increase brand exposure in the UK and Ireland, including wide-reaching email campaigns, outreach activities, activations and/or events

2-3 years of related experience in marketing, media, or entertainment
