Key Responsibilities

Content creation:

Develop engaging materials, including blogs, videos, social media posts, and email campaigns. Digital campaigns:

Plan and deliver marketing campaigns to increase awareness and engagement. Analytics:

Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights to refine strategies. Website updates:

Manage content updates via a CMS, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. Social media management:

Oversee business accounts, schedule posts, and track engagement metrics. Event support:

Assist in organising events, exhibitions, and client meetings, ensuring smooth delivery. Internal communications:

Create newsletters, posters, and other materials to support team engagement. Asset management:

Maintain a library of photos, videos, and brochures for use in marketing. CRM maintenance:

Update customer data to support targeted marketing efforts.

About You

The ideal candidate will bring: Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A creative approach with excellent attention to detail. Experience managing social media platforms for business purposes. The ability to organise and prioritise a busy workload. Additional skills that would be advantageous include: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Experience using content management systems. A degree or professional qualification in marketing (CIM or equivalent).
