Pirical is a fast-growing SaaS startup pioneering the field of People Analytics. We are on a mission to improve diversity and equality in the workplace. We do this by empowering companies to make better and fairer decisions about their people, helping our customers answer tough people strategy questions like: 'How can we achieve 30% of women in leadership by 2030?' or 'How can we eliminate bias in the recruitment process?’. This is enabled by our innovative knowledge management systems and data automation techniques. We are an organically grown business of nearly 50 exceptionally talented team members, and we already have some of the world’s leading law firms as our clients both here in the UK and the US. In the last 5 years, we have increased revenue year on year, created two flagship products, and become the market leader in our industry working with all 5 magic circle firms, but we are not stopping there. Why join Pirical? We asked our team what defines Pirical’s culture. In their own words: “You’re not just a number. You have a voice and can make an impact. It’s extremely rare if you have a good idea here that it won’t be given due diligence. The company will support you to bring them to fruition with a good level of guidance and support.” - Analyst “The team is talented, hard-working and supportive.” - Sales Rep “HUGE amounts of autonomy and flexibility in a less structured environment than a big company.” - Customer Success Rep “The company values logic and continuous improvement. Problem-solving from first principles is normal and encouraged.” - Data Engineer “Ample L&D opportunities. It’s a place where the brighter you want to shine, the company is likely to help facilitate that.” - Software Engineer The Role:

As a Marketing Data Analyst, your mission is to transform insightful data into engaging, digestible content that will help us expand our customer base in our largest target market. You will achieve this by analyzing internal data sources and crafting compelling stories that feature clear and visually appealing data visualizations. These stories could take the form of articles, case studies, or presentations, all designed to generate sales opportunities as we continue our expansion in the US. This role is ideal for candidates at the start of their careers, including recent graduates with internship experience, or those seeking to transition into a more dynamic opportunity. We also welcome individuals with some commercial experience who are eager to learn and make a significant impact. This position is perfect for someone who combines a passion for marketing with a strong interest in data. Role Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Use our unique internal data sources to identify interesting insights that would be useful for our target audience. Case Studies & Articles: Working from examples of real-life Analytics Consulting projects, create sanitised, publication-ready formats and project-manage the promotion around them. Customer Stories: Interview customers and showcase how Pirical’s products help to generate value for them. Thought Leadership: Identify opportunities and commission analysts to complete novel thought leadership pieces. Events: Help create and organise events in London and the US. Role Requirements:

Analytical toolbox: A good understanding of data analysis, storytelling, and visualisation. Creative toolbox: A background in copywriting, graphic design, website management would be advantageous. Personal organisation: Strong project and event management skills would be helpful in this. Basic understanding of SQL would be helpful but not essential. An interest in one of law, diversity and inclusion, or people analytics would be really helpful in this role. Pirical is committed to being an inclusive and diverse place to work. We work hard and support each other to meet high standards. The excellent work produced at Pirical would not be possible without bringing together all of the different backgrounds, experiences and skills that our team has. We treat every employee equally, and fairly regardless of age, disability, gender, marital status, race, religion or sexual orientation. It is vitally important that each of our team members feels safe and empowered. If your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the job description, but the role looks like a good fit for you, we’d encourage you to apply anyway. Note to recruitment agencies: Pirical is committed to building a long-term approach to our hiring strategy, we are therefore already working in partnership with selected talent partners. We, therefore, ask you to hold off sending speculative CVs or sales approaches through this email. Job Type: Full-time Pay: £36,500.00-£45,000.00 per year Benefits: Company pension Private medical insurance Work from home Schedule: Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Application question(s): Do your salary expectations align with the advertised amount? Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required) Work Location: In person
