A Marketing Delivery Supervisor (Night Shift), who will be responsible for our overnight sends, assisting in scheduling and delivering customer communications and offers for the Sports and Gaming products.The Marketing Delivery department is responsible for executing global marketing campaigns, including the delivery of localised offers. The team oversees the delivery of emails, notifications and SMS that are directly sent to our customers.You will be setting up and crediting promotional offers and escalating out-of-hours issues to the appropriate teams. You will be responsible for our overnight workload, including keeping schedules accurate, setting up offers, whilst solving and escalating any issues. You will also take on requests from management and other departments, overseeing the training and development of new and existing employees and suggesting ideas to improve existing processes.The night shift follows a 7 on/7 off pattern, the working week running from Monday through to Sunday followed by a full week of 7 nights off. Typical shifts might start at 19:30 and finish at 07:00.
Preferred skills and experience
- Proven ability to execute processes utilising a methodical and consistent approach.
- Problem solving skills to determine the source of a problem and find an effective solution.
- Excellent level of communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrable ability to lead, motivate, organise, train and develop individuals in a team environment.
- Outstanding attention to detail, whilst working to time sensitive deadlines.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple requests at once, whilst being resilient and responsive to change.
- Experience of leading a small team in a time sensitive environment, meeting stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in other marketing based roles is advantageous.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinating the delivery of content for multi-faceted marketing campaigns, including both pre-planned and adhoc promotions.
- Setting up, tracking and delivering offers, in addition to sending the required promotional messaging to drive customer interest.
- Maintaining global communication schedules, ensuring that the schedules and sending regulations are being adhered to.
- Checking set ups for user data, content and offers to ensure all facets meet CRM’S requirements, amending where necessary.
- Screening our content before it is sent directly to customers, ensuring it achieves the correct purpose, following the corresponding campaign brief.
- Acting as point of contact for any queries or problems relating to campaigns, assessing our capabilities in finding a resolution or escalating appropriately where required.
- Seeking ways to improve processes by eradicating errors and improving efficiency.
- Working with management to continuously improve and develop departmental standards in line with regulatory and brand guidelines.
