Position: Marketing & Development Manager
Line Manager: Executive Director & Joint CEO
Contract: Permanent, part-time 32hrs (4 days per week)
Salary: £30,000 (pro rata 0.8 FTE with a possibility to increase to full time)
Based at: Rosehill Arts Trust (Moresby, Whitehaven, Cumbria)
Purpose of the role
The Marketing & Development Manager will work closely with the Executive Director & Joint CEO to manage two key areas of work:
The consistent and compelling promotion of Rosehill’s offer to a range of new and existing audiences.
The ongoing development (research, design, implementation, assessment, and optimisation) of new revenue streams and other strategic organisational objectives.
Where will the role be based?
The role will primarily be based at Rosehill in Whitehaven, with the opportunity for some hybrid and flexible working. The nature of the role means that the successful applicant will be required to travel around Cumbria, and occasionally further afield, for networking, meetings, and to support our work with communities.
