Primary Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with our fine-tuned Digital Marketing experts and team in a global environment. Work on paid ads like LinkedIn, Google, and Microsoft, to name a few. Reporting and data analysis of our performance channels. Market Research & Competitor Analysis. Ad creation & A/B Testing. Required Education and Experience Currently pursuing any degree showcasing a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Keen interest in marketing or currently pursuing a marketing & business-related degree preferable. STEM students who have shown proactive interest in Marketing. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, vital for effective collaboration and articulation of complex ideas. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team, highlighting adaptability and strong teamwork capabilities. Previous internship experience is nice to have, but not necessarily required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Highly motivated and self-directed. Possess basic knowledge of and a keen interest in Marketing. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations. Strong interpersonal skills. Proven ability to identify and resolve problems while maintaining professionalism. Strong organizational skills across both a team and individual setting. Adaptable to changing needs and situations. Experience in MS Products - PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Excel.
