Duties & Responsibilities: Lead and strengthen the company’s position as an industry leader in green infrastructure and sustainable solutions. Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive global growth and brand recognition. Oversee marketing efforts for multiple companies within the group, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Collaborate with business development and sales teams to create targeted marketing campaigns. Utilise market insights to inform product innovation and guide successful product launches. What Experience is Required: Extensive B2B marketing experience, particularly in the construction or environmental solutions sectors. Proven success with digital marketing strategies and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot). Strong leadership and communication skills, with a results–driven approach. Salary & Benefits: Salary: GBP100,000 per annum. Benefits include company car, 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays, private medical insurance, and a salary sacrifice pension scheme.
