The Role As the Marketing Director, you will play a critical role in developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to elevate the brand, enhance customer engagement, and support their sales goals. You will oversee a team of marketing professionals and work closely with leadership to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Strategy: Lead the creation of a multi-channel marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention. Brand Management: Ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all marketing platforms (digital, print, social media, and events). Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a growing marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation. Market Research: Stay ahead of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adapt strategies for maximum effectiveness. Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong ROI on campaigns. Digital Marketing: Optimize online presence through SEO, paid advertising, social media, and content marketing strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, development, and other internal teams to support overall business goals. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar role, ideally within the real estate or related industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and real estate market dynamics. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to analyse data and metrics to optimize marketing strategies. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
