Your next challenge
What you will be doing:
Define with Country Product Director the local offer proposition for clients, consumers and merchants embracing digital solutions and embedding digital marketing in close collaboration with the Country Leadership Team.
Translates the global strategy and offer proposition to the local market needs in terms of positioning, proposition, go to market, brand and external communication.
Contribute to building Pluxee’s thought leadership and leads local external communication.
Define sales targets reflecting Pluxee strategy, market potential and sales learnings.
Lead go to market execution to win new customers, to strengthen relationships and build engagement with existing ones and to increase brand awareness.
You will be part of Pluxee Marketing Committee led by our Group Chief Strategy, Sales & Marketing Officer and bringing together 6 other Marketing Directors. Minimum one of his/her individual objectives will be fixed by the Group Chief Strategy, Sales & Marketing Officer.
You will act as a role model in the collaboration with all departments locally and globally.
You’re a match:
What we're looking for:
Certification in Marketing Management or equivalent preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in marketing, Strategy building (offer, pricing, proposition and Segmentation) and digital marketing.
5+ years in a leadership role.
