A globally recognised Food & Drinks business, with leading retail brands that sit comfortably at No1 and No2 in one of the UK’s fastest growing FMCG categories, are currently searching for a driven and ambitious Marketing Director for the UK & Ireland.
The role will be part of the UK Leadership Team reporting into the UK&I General Manager, with a team of 6 direct reports (28 direct & indirect in total) managing a £500m RSV portfolio.
Your team will be accountable for supporting and developing the brand strategies and execution and product launches for the UK & Ireland, driving sales and market share growth.
This will include:
Leading and driving the UK&I marketing agenda
Management of all UK&I marketing activities across a portfolio of brands
Developing local market research and insight to identify new trends and opportunities
Executing ATL and BTL brand activation
Managing and coordinating all NPD and NPE activities
The ideal candidate will have a strong FMCG marketing background with proven experience in managing and leading a marketing team/function. A track record of delivering growth and success within a commercial organisation will be essential.
