In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase market share, and support sales growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the B2B market. What will you be doing? Develop and implement trade marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to create and execute promotional campaigns. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats. Manage trade marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partner trade organizations and System1 spokespeople. Create and manage trade marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and sales tools. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of trade marketing activities and campaigns. Conduct regular market visits to gather feedback and insights from customers and partners. Coordinate and participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events. You need to be this kind of person: Innovative Mindset: You can think creatively and are willing to pursue big ideas. Self-Starter: Ability to roll up sleeves and make things happen by doing as well as influencing. Execution-Oriented: Ability to move projects forward, overcoming obstacles, and delivering results. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and market trends to inform decision-making. Collaborative: Comfortable collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams, as well as executive-level leaders. You need to have the following experience: You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in trade marketing preferably in a B2B environment. You will also have excellent communication and presentation skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines. We need someone who is very well organized and is excited to work in a global function. It will be an advantage if you have higher-level education in marketing and have experience forecasting and managing a budget.
