Your new role
As a Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing, engaging in both online and offline marketing activities. Your role will involve conceptualising and executing marketing campaigns, managing and designing catalogues, leading website content development, and enhancing the company’s digital presence. Each day will bring new challenges and opportunities in this vibrant Marketing Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the business’s social media strategy by drafting posts for final approval, monitoring engagement, achieving KPIs, and reporting on campaign activities with development recommendations.
- Serve as the primary contact for the external creative agency, coordinating with the Head of Marketing to communicate priorities and manage the retainer effectively.
- Lead monthly meetings with Divisional Sales Managers to ensure alignment on activities, communication, and customer support with sector-specific equipment.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Procurement team to launch new products seamlessly.
- Scope, brief, and schedule email marketing campaigns in line with the eshot calendar alongside the Head of Marketing.
Requirements
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Indesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.
- Experience with MS Office, Sharepoint, Social Media, and Email.
- A positive, energetic attitude and a proactive, ‘can do’ approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Clear, concise, and confident communication with stakeholders at various seniority levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality results.
- Copywriting and proofing skills.
- Analytical and data skills.
- Experience with email marketing, website management, and social media scheduling software (advantageous).
- Proven ability to manage tasks proactively and efficiently, ensuring timely completion and follow-up on projects and action items (advantageous).
Benefits
- A salary of up to £33,000.
