Ascot - Office Based The role involves: Create, coordinate, and execute B2B and B2C marketing campaigns and initiatives in line with the annual marketing calendar. Work as part of a team with designers, digital marketing, photographers/videographers, printers, and marketing specialists to deliver on company objectives and meet deadlines. Brief design projects, artwork, and assets for promotional cycles to ensure brand vision and campaigns are brought to life through online, media, and print. Provide marketing support to our franchise, sales, training team, and company stockists. Ensure all Mini Sites are continually updated to optimise engagement and communicate brand messages, promotional cycles, and product updates to increase conversion. Set up social media accounts. Activate lead generation adverts and content to support the franchise recruitment portal strategy. Review profiles to ensure they are operating at optimum capacity/impact. Populate B2B website with new products and promotions. Conduct market research including industry insights, trends, competitor launches, consumer buying behaviours, and market evolution. Measure, analyse, and report on engagement across owned channels of activity. Attend and support seminars and events when required. Support senior marketing team members. Print collateral/POS ordering and printing. Proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work. Perform administrative tasks (PO's, Stock Codes/Barcodes). The ideal candidate: A marketing qualification and/or experience working within a marketing team. Solid foundation skills, knowledge, and experience in both digital and traditional marketing. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage own workload and multi-task. Comfortable working to tight deadlines. Excellent team player. Keen attention to detail. Motivated with a can-do attitude. Experience working with beauty brands and/or retail (not essential but advantageous).
