Trade Marketing: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies tailored to key retail channels. Align trade marketing plans with overall brand objectives in collaboration with the Brand Manager & Marketing Director. Identify opportunities to strengthen retail presence and performance through targeted campaigns. Retail Channel Management: Ensure consistent and cohesive brand messaging across all retailer touchpoints. Work closely with sales teams to support retailer-specific marketing initiatives and promotions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners to drive brand success. Campaign Execution: Plan and manage trade marketing campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and in-store activations. Oversee the creation of point-of-sale (POS) materials, displays, and merchandising tools to boost brand visibility. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling assets for ATL, BTL, digital, and social campaigns. Who We’re Looking For:
Experience in wholesale, distribution, key national accounts, or retail trade marketing. Strong background in campaign execution across POS activations, ATL, BTL, digital, and social channels. Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse sales performance and marketing effectiveness. A proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for driving brand visibility and retail success.
