The Bedford Hotel Belfast is seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Executive eager to take on an exciting challenge within our luxury boutique hotel in Belfast city centre. The ideal candidate will bring previous marketing experience in hospitality, a strong customer-focused mindset, and a flair for creative content development, all while demonstrating exceptional attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Alongside the wider hotel team and partner agencies, you will play a key role in shaping and executing a strategic marketing plan to drive engagement, innovation, and growth across all hotel outlets. Shape & Execute Marketing Plans: Collaborate with the hotel team and partner agencies to create and implement effective marketing strategies for all hotel outlets. Market & Audience Research: Conduct research to better understand our audience, stay ahead of trends, and identify growth opportunities. Social Media Management: Manage the hotel’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) to build a high-quality, engaging presence. Email Marketing & Database Management: Capture customer data, manage the hotel’s database, and oversee email marketing, automation, and segmentation. Promotions & Content: Execute B2B and B2C campaigns across digital and traditional channels, keeping our website up to date with relevant content. Track & Report Performance: Measure campaign effectiveness to evaluate ROI, brand impact, and identify areas for improvement. Events & PR Support: Assist in organising events, PR initiatives, and awards to elevate brand exposure. Champion Our Brand: Uphold and promote The Bedford Hotel’s brand values in all marketing activities. Criteria: Proven experience in marketing within hospitality or a similar industry. Strong project management, analytical, and research skills. A background in social media management, SEO, email marketing, and automation/scheduling tools. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Previous experience in marketing strategy development would be beneficial but not essential.
