Location: Hybrid working – moving to Birmingham city centre from January 2025 Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Job Overview: As the Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to enhance brand awareness and communications across a range of touchpoints that have been outlined in the marketing audit. Your role will involve a variety of tasks that contribute to our marketing initiatives, helping us create awareness of Auriga Services, and promoting our B2B solutions effectively. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing campaigns to support our growth initiatives and brand presence. Support the creation and distribution of internal communications to keep staff informed and engaged. Help with the development of external communications, including social media campaigns, blog posts, and newsletters. Amend content in designed documents to enhance the delivery process of the marketing team. Supporting other marketing and business development projects as they arise. Qualifications/Skills/Experience: Previous experience in a B2B marketing or communications role is preferred, but not mandatory. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas. An understanding of using Adobe CC would be beneficial but is not essential. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms. A passion for marketing and a commitment to our mission in the not-for-profit sector.
