As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in our marketing team, focusing on supporting the management of Paid Marketing Campaigns and Email Marketing. Your main objective will be to optimise the customer journey across all booking points, ensuring maximum conversion and growth by creating and managing campaigns for your properties.

Some travel to properties to build relationships with key stakeholders is required for this role, so therefore a driving license and car is required.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

Delivery of the overall performance marketing plan

Developing and managing paid marketing and email campaigns across various platforms to implement targeted marketing strategies.

Optimising the customer journey across paid, email, web and remarketing to enhance booking conversions.

Using data as a tool across all platforms to reach new and existing customers, seeking out and maximising opportunities.

Utilising analytics to measure and improve campaign performance, including monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.

Building relationships with property team members and stakeholders.

Creating personalised email campaigns, utilising our data segmentation system.

Completing A/B testing regularly to help decision making, strengthening campaign performance.

Developing automation campaigns to follow guest touch points across pre-arrival and post-stay communication.

Working closely with our agency to design and implement PPC and Social paid campaigns using search, display and remarketing strategies, and keeping within budgets and linked to business commercial needs.

Creating website landing pages to support campaign objectives and improve conversion. Keeping these up to date and aligned with the commercial calendar.

Co-ordinating and ensuring new promotions and offers are accurate and available on time to align with advertising calendar.

Supporting the wider marketing team to plan and implement local and group campaigns using SEO, content, and paid strategies.

Day-to-day management of third-party and online travel agent listings ensuring pricing, imagery and property features are correct and up to date.

Who are we looking for:

We are looking for someone who has a passion for marketing, ideally experience in digital although this role would also suit a graduate in Marketing who has some general experience.

You will have an analytical but creative mind and experience in paid marketing would set you apart. Experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial but a retail background will also be considered.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and teamwork skills, within a marketing team and agencies, plus knowledge and experience of working with both creative and marketing teams.

You will have strong technical ability, a creative flair for engaging content, organisational and teamwork skills, the ability to multi-task effectively and excellent presentation skills.
