Success Recruit are currently working with an innovative business with international success, seeking a passionate Marketing Executive to join their growing team. The successful candidate will demonstrate the drive & creativity to assist with launching their product into the European Market.
The Marketing Executive will be expected to work proactively and become an integral member of the team, working closely with the Sales Executive and Commercial Director.
Responsibilities:
Have a Degree in Marketing or a similar field Have at least 1-2 years' experience in a marketing position (a product based background would be beneficial) Demonstrate a strong ability to manage own workload and have experience seeing a project through from start to finish Have a driving license and be willing to travel abroad / within the UK, as and when the business requires

Purpose of the Role / Job Specification:
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for all aspects of marketing / brand awareness for the European Market. The ideal candidate will have a background in social media, content creation, and the consumer goods sector - accompanied with confidence in their ability to elevate and increase brand awareness.
This is a standalone marketing role, so the successful candidate will be comfortable working proactively and managing their own workload effectively. Due to impressive growth, the business is looking to expand their UK based team within the next year, and so there is exciting potential for career progression.
Duties:
Taking ownership of the business's central marketing and planning calendar across various channels Launching social media platforms - specifically Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn Providing creative support for tradeshows; including banner designs, stand layout, sample arrangements, digital campaigns etc. Producing advertising proposals & campaign strategies to drive sales and brand awareness Conducting market research Working alongside the EMEA team to produce website and social media content Producing email newsletters, infographics, flyers, brochures, and other marketing collateral Collaborating with the overseas teams (Australia and China) to ensure a cohesive approach and exchange of market insights

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (initially remote, will be office based from early next year with a hybrid work model - 4 days in office, 1 day from home)
Salary:
£25K - £30K DOE
