The Role

We are looking for a hard-working, competent and organized individual to join our high-paced, dynamic Marketing Team. You will be responsible for the promotion of our products, delivering first class scientific content through a wide variety of marketing channels, discovering new leads and suggesting improvements to processes.

This role is 100% office based in a newly refurbished modern facility. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Assisting in the development, execution, and enhancement of marketing strategies and policies for the organization.

Coordinating and providing support to the marketing team to ensure successful project execution.

Ensuring that all marketing initiatives align with a unified strategy and adhere to branding guidelines.

Organizing and facilitating regular marketing meetings.

Overseeing and evaluating all digital marketing processes, making improvements and optimizations as needed.

Tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Preparing marketing reports for the management team.

Continuously monitoring and assessing competitor activities.

Maintaining high levels of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) for the website.

Collaborating with the marketing team to enhance and sustain our social media presence.

Working with team members to produce required content (digital or otherwise), including website design elements and Back Office appearance.

Ensuring the creation of scientific content for our website, such as press releases, blogs, case studies, and other materials.

Overseeing the planning and execution of events, conferences, and exhibitions.

Proposing and implementing promotional strategies and marketing materials to boost sales.

Updating, managing, and enhancing the CRM system.

Collaborating with the Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Business Development Teams to drive business growth.

Identifying opportunities for automation and improvements in both front-end and back-end processes, workflows, and functionalities.

Required Skills

Marketing qualification and experience (6 months +) preferred.

A Level Biology or interest in Biology.

Fluent in English.

Good communication skills.

Advantageous

Life sciences degree or equivalent experience in a customer facing scientific field.

Experience leading a team.

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator).

Knowledge of HTML, CSS and SEO.

Tenacious with a keen eye for detail.
