About the Role As Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing & Brand, hotel teams, and marketing agencies to deliver innovative campaigns and enhance brand presence. Your expertise will shape the marketing strategy, from social media and digital campaigns to creative brand guardianship and partnership collaborations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successful campaigns, and the ability to use performance metrics to inform decisions. They will be able to provide examples of strong copywriting and social engagement initiatives and have a thorough understanding of the market. The candidate will demonstrate strong creativity and forward-thinking, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to: Lead marketing initiatives, including rebranding, social media content creation, and digital advertising. Be the brand guardian, ensuring all communication aligns with brand standards. Collaborate with local businesses to create cross-marketing opportunities. Develop and manage digital campaigns, including PPC, SEO, and performance analytics. Write and proof engaging content, and oversee media and influencer partnerships. Create printed and digital collateral that reflects our brand vision. Track and evaluate campaign performance to deliver strong ROI. Support event planning, audience research, and market analysis. The core skills and experience required to succeed: A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality. Proven success in creating detailed marketing strategies and managing campaigns. Expertise in digital marketing, including social media, PPC, SEO, and data analytics. Strong copywriting and creative skills with a portfolio of past campaigns. Excellent project management, adaptability, and multitasking skills. Qualifications in Marketing, Hospitality, or Digital Marketing are preferred. You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
