Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars, typically 3-5 posts per week across various platforms. Coordinate and liaise with candidates via social media, forwarding relevant inquiries to the team. Create engaging content using Canva, including PNGs, PDFs, GIFs, and videos, covering topics such as job opportunities, industry news, and company events. Monitor and track social media analytics with monthly reporting to evaluate performance and engagement. Analytics and Reporting:

Conduct monthly analytics tracking for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, reporting on metrics like unique visitors and page views. Collaborate with upper management to assess engagement from individual team members on social channels. Track and report candidate/client form submissions and leads from digital marketing efforts. Email Marketing:

Support email marketing initiatives, including automated campaigns targeting interested future employees and clients. Design and execute email campaigns, like Google Reviews follow-ups and segmented client outreach, ensuring alignment with brand tone and objectives. Assist in developing and managing email templates for client and future employee communications. Website Content and Management:

Write and publish blog content, coordinating with relevant stakeholders for approvals. Update website visuals and manage minor content edits as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to track inquiries generated via the website and ensure proper follow-up. Events and Sponsorships:

Organise and manage company events, such as quarterly team celebrations and client gatherings, coordinating logistics and liaising with third-party vendors. Develop ideas and procure client gifts as well as employee anniversary and event gifts. Oversee the organisation's sponsorship activities and participate in related fundraising efforts and event promotions. Additional Responsibilities:

Assist with the creation of marketing materials, including posters, brochures, rate cards, and business cards. Train and support colleagues on software, a social media and business development tool, helping them create personal brand content for LinkedIn. Lead Google Reviews initiatives to enhance the company's online reputation, supporting review generation and follow-up communications. Provide general marketing support for ad hoc projects, including internal document design, event invitations, and branded materials. Requirements: Proven experience in social media content planning and creation, with proficiency in Canva or similar design tools. Strong understanding of social media analytics and basic knowledge of website analytics (Google Analytics). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and content creation. Experience with email marketing tools and CRM systems is a plus.
