Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate would effectively support promotional and marketing strategies and tactics, ensuring MEDITE SMARTPLY’s campaigns deliver competitive advantage for the company. This individual would be a member of the internal team delivering long-term marketing advantage for MEDITE SMARTPLY. Typical Responsibilities

Support the roll out of media plans and activities with the relevant trade and industry press in line with overall campaign objectives. Liaise with marketing, advertising, PR, and design agencies to create and deliver promotional materials/literature aligned to strategy, on budget and on time. Development of digital content (primary or supporting) in line with overall campaign objectives. Roll out promotional programmes to underpin tactical initiatives in line with campaign objectives and measurement tools. Assist with the provision of market and customer insight that will help inform the business how to develop its processes. Support tactical ‘push’ plans in collaboration with our sales teams. Work with customers to strengthen MEDITE SMARTPLY’s campaigns within the wider market in line with marketing objectives and campaign material available. Liaise with trade bodies and associations to ensure compliance. Ensure that membership of trade bodies and associations is maximised and evaluated through all relevant channels. Support product propositions which help build our ‘pull’ strategy through a specification led approach. Liaise with product management to contribute to the implementation of new product introductions. Lead generation and evaluation of marketing campaigns including subscription activities. Creative contributions aligned to executing strategy or tactics. Typical Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience

Bachelor (Honours) Degree and/or sales & marketing experience in the B2B sector (Construction a benefit). Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts. Skills and experience in creative writing content. Skilled in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Online and database skills. Excellent communication (both written and oral), organisational and interpersonal skills required. This is a full-time permanent position.
