About Us: My client is a market leader in the new homes industry, renowned for creating high-quality residential developments tailored to modern lifestyles. They are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin your marketing career within a vibrant and growing sector.

Role Overview: As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team to promote their new home developments and engage with prospective buyers. Your responsibilities will include data entry, analysing social media performance, creating impactful presentations, and contributing to successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities: Marketing Support: •Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote new homes and developments. •Create engaging and targeted content for social media, email, and digital platforms to attract potential buyers. •Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals. Data Management and Analysis: •Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and campaign results through efficient data entry. •Extract and analyse performance metrics from social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. •Generate insights from data to inform and improve future marketing strategies. Presentations and Reporting: •Design professional and compelling presentations to showcase campaign success, marketing strategies, and sales support materials. •Prepare reports summarising key performance indicators (KPIs), social media engagement, and campaign outcomes. •Present findings and recommendations to the marketing team and management. Other Duties: •Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new marketing tools. •Assist in planning and executing events, such as show home launches and open house events. •Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as required.

Qualifications and Skills: Education:

Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Technical Skills: •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). •Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools. Key Attributes: •Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. •Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends. •Excellent communication and presentation skills. •A proactive, creative, and enthusiastic approach to work.
