With a growing presence across Germany and Austria, we are seeking a talented and motivated German-Speaking Marketing Executive to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a team of specialists and drive impactful marketing campaigns.
Role Overview:
The German-Speaking Marketing Executive will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing activities across various channels. Working closely with an existing team of specialists across content, email, website, and social media, you will ensure a cohesive approach to campaigns and strategies that engage our German-speaking audience. This is a varied role that requires a solid understanding of the marketing mix and a passion for driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns tailored to German-speaking audiences. Collaborate with in-house and external specialists to align campaign objectives across channels. Liaise with local teams in Germany and Austria to ensure an aligned approach to sales and marketing.
Content Coordination:
Work with content creators to ensure marketing materials resonate with the target audience. Translate or localise content for the German and Austrian market.
Website Management:
Liaise with website specialists to ensure content is relevant, up-to-date, and optimized for the German-speaking audience. Support website localisation projects as needed.
Social Media Coordination:
Partner with social media specialists to plan and execute targeted social campaigns. Monitor social media performance and gather insights to enhance engagement.
Analytics and Reporting:
Analyse marketing campaign data to assess performance and ROI. Provide regular updates and insights to senior marketing team members.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between marketing and sales teams in Germany and Austria.
Requirements: Language Skills:
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential. Marketing Experience:
Proven experience in a marketing role, with exposure to multiple areas of the marketing mix. Digital Marketing Skills:
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), CRM platforms, and social media tools. Analytical Skills:
Ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Collaborative Approach:
Comfortable working in a team and liaising with specialists across various disciplines. Cultural Awareness:
Understanding of German culture and consumer behaviour is a plus.
