Join our dynamic marketing team and play a pivotal role in shaping how the world perceives our brand. We are looking for a creative thinker with a strong grasp of digital campaigns and content development. This role requires someone who approaches marketing holistically and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to create high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, newsletters, marketing collateral, and sales enablement materials. HubSpot Management: Maintain and optimise HubSpot Marketing Hub, including creating and updating web pages and workflows to effectively generate leads. Website Maintenance and Development: Collaborate with wider teams to maintain the company website, ensure accuracy of information, relevant content, and adherence to SEO best practices in all activities. Data Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyse lead generation metrics, website traffic, and campaign performance to identify trends and optimize strategies. Email Campaigns: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including setting up and monitoring automation journeys to nurture leads effectively. Social Media: Support the planning and execution of engaging social media content to boost brand awareness and engagement. Monitor and report on key metrics to continually increase social presence. Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate events that showcase our brand and generate leads. Paid Media Campaigns: Support the execution and optimization of campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to maximize ROI. Who we are looking for Experience: 2+ years experience in a marketing role, preferably B2B. Education: Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HubSpot (including Marketing and Content Hub), Google Ads, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads. Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed marketing goals and KPIs. Language & Communication: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Collaboration & Drive: A self-motivated team player who thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about delivering outstanding results. Additional Skills Empathy & Emotional Intelligence: Deep understanding of customer needs, fostering genuine trust and advocacy. Customer-Centric Mindset: Proven ability to balance customer interests with business goals, acting as a strong customer advocate. Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced environments, managing shifting priorities with ease. Analytical Thinking: A strong ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to inform marketing strategies. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in campaign execution, content proofreading, and reporting to maintain brand credibility. Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to identify bottlenecks in marketing processes and propose creative solutions. Creative Mindset: A knack for developing fresh and engaging ideas to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
