This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career with a local marketing agency as a Marketing Executive, working closely alongside our Marketing Managers. We’re looking for a creative Marketing Executive seeking hands-on marketing experience who’ll be a great fit for our service-focused, results-driven Agency. You’ll be an integral part of our team straight away. You’ll be proactive, ambitious and enthusiastic about your career in marketing. Organisational and copywriting skills are a must! The role includes: Working with, and reporting to, our Marketing Managers to support the development and delivery of marketing strategies for our clients and Ally. Creating and managing high-quality written copy and visual content for websites, social media, email marketing campaigns and offline marketing channels. Supporting development of marketing materials including graphics, infographics, basic presentations, capturing basic video content, and direct mail letters. Researching and compiling databases for client direct mail and email campaigns. Supporting development of ecommerce websites, including creation of product pages and related content. Supporting paid social media advertising and Google Ads PPC campaigns. Your skills & qualities: Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on marketing experience in an agency or in-house. Strong copywriting skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, including over the phone. A creative thinker who can work with a team to bring ideas to life. Excellent attention to detail. Good IT proficiency with programmes including Word, PowerPoint & Excel. Good understanding of digital marketing and website development fundamentals, including blogs, landing pages and front-end content. Good time and task management, and strong organisational skills. Hard-working and committed – go the extra mile, with a ‘can-do’ approach. Full driving licence desirable. Established in 2009, and with a fantastic range of clients from local leisure facilities to international professional services organisations, every day is different for our small team. Our work includes branding businesses and services, planning and actioning their marketing strategies, content marketing and copywriting, website development and graphic design. Education: Desirable but not essential: Level 3 apprenticeship or Bachelor’s.

Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a relevant role.
