Role Overview:
Join our dynamic marketing team as a Marketing Executive! Reporting directly to the Divisional Director, you’ll elevate our Farm Division’s brand profile at major agricultural shows and events nationwide.
What You'll Be Doing:
You’ll be responsible for implementing marketing strategies and keeping all departments informed. Prioritise and plan Division Sales and Marketing with the Divisional Director (DD) to maximise ROI. Collaborate with National Sales Manager (NSM) to develop plans for the UK and Ireland.
Identify new product opportunities through market analysis and stay updated on competitors. Support R&D and improve existing offerings while building relationships with KOLs and industry leaders.
Ensure adherence to our Brand Guidelines and manage relationships with key agencies. Develop advertising campaigns with the DD and maintain brand integrity. Coordinate space booking for national shows and oversee stand design.
Define best practices for marketing materials and ensure brand compliance. Prepare and print sales reports for meetings and produce sales history reports. Manage the rewards programme with the Financial Controller (FC) and ensure it’s up to date.
Evaluate, improve, and manage social media and internet marketing strategies. Select and upgrade promotional items annually.
Other challenges may include working additional hours, attending meetings, travelling to other sites, and undertaking other duties as requested.
About You We seek someone who: Native proficiency in English, verbal and written Has at least two years’ marketing experience Can develop and implement marketing strategies Possesses excellent communication skills Is well-organised with good time management Has strong IT skills Key personal attributes: A quick learner A self-motivator Flexible and hard-working Enthusiastic and a team player We expect you to: Act with honesty and integrity Demonstrate high standards of conduct Value and respect colleagues Work collaboratively to improve services Take responsibility for your actions and the quality of service you deliver Work Location:
