We are seeking a creative-minded & dynamic Marketing professional to lead, coordinate, and execute key marketing proposition strategies. You will be responsible for overseeing and developing strategic marketing campaigns & delivering ad hoc tactical marketing projects.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams, ensuring that the marketing propositions plans align with customer insights, market trends, and wider business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise marketing plans across various channels. Work with key partners and our strategic memberships to host and implement initiatives across the proposition estate. Collaborate with technology, sales, and the wider marketing team to ensure cohesive communication of the value propositions across all channels. Ensure all marketing communications, sales collateral, and customer touchpoints reflect the agreed proposition and are consistent across all platforms and channels. Create marketing materials: Produce collateral content and ensure content pipelines support promotions. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing propositions using key metrics, adjusting strategies and messaging based on data insights to optimise effectiveness. Support & organise events and act as a point of contact for campaign assets and event organisers. Skills:

Experience & Knowledge of the full marketing mix either through a Marketing degree and now looking to put into practice, or workplace experience. Keen eye for aesthetics & detail. Strong verbal & written communicator. Ability to work to deadlines. Please note this is a remote role with remote stakeholder engagement. However, there may be the requirement to travel on an ad-hoc basis to any of our UK-based sites.

Salary - up to £35K.
